We want you to have the best experience possible and enjoy shopping with us. You'll be glad to know that we offer SAME DAY SHIPPING on all orders! For most orders, please allow up to 12 days for delivery but below outlines further specifics surrounding shipping timeframes for different parts of the world. We use this timeframe as a precaution to ensure your order delivers in time, but in most cases orders arrive well before the maximum time frame.

For international customers, we now offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping via DHL in selected markets. When DDP shipping is selected at checkout, all applicable duties and taxes are calculated and paid upfront, meaning there should be no additional customs charges upon delivery.

If DDP shipping is not selected (or not available in your country), international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
