RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN ELIGIBILITY & DEADLINE

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original, unopened packaging

  • Not be damaged, altered, or missing parts (unless due to our error)

This Return & Refund Policy is made available at checkout prior to purchase. By completing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Food, beverages, and other consumable products

  • Perishable goods

  • Items that have been opened, used, stored improperly, or tampered with

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Items refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for consumable products once they have left our control, except where required by law.


PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Partial refunds may be granted at our sole discretion for:

  • Items returned with visible signs of use

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items returned with damaged or missing packaging not caused by our error


RETURNS PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary

  3. Contact your bank

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us via the Contact Us page. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.


EXCHANGES (DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY)

We only replace items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

Please retain all original packaging until your claim is resolved.

Approved exchanges will be issued for the same item only, subject to availability.


RETURN SHIPPING

To initiate a return, please contact us for instructions before sending any item back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on location.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees associated with international orders unless they choose a DDP shipping option.

Orders refused, delayed, seized, or destroyed due to customs regulations, import restrictions, or failure to comply with local laws are not eligible for refunds.


FINAL AUTHORITY

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by MyGreekBasket. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy.
