Our Itinerary Planning service includes custom route planning and itinerary design based on your travel style, dates, budget, and interests. We help you shape the flow of your trip, choose the right destinations, and understand how long to stay in each place.

This service includes:

• Review of your Travel Form
  
• Custom route and destination planning
  
• Suggested length of stay in each place
  
• Hotel area recommendations or a hotel shortlist
  
• Suggested experiences, tours, beaches, restaurants, and logistics
  
• Ferry and domestic flight logic where relevant
  
• One round of revisions within 30 days of delivery
  

Additional revisions, major destination changes, booking management, supplier communication, airfare assistance, and travel support are available separately.

Not included unless quoted separately:

• Booking hotels, flights, ferries, transfers, tours, or restaurants
  
• Ongoing itinerary changes after the revision period
  
• Rebuilding the itinerary due to major changes in dates, destinations, budget, or travel style

Airfare Planning / Ticketing Assistance

For clients who would like support with international or domestic flight research, route guidance, and ticketing assistance where applicable.
