SHIPPING POLICY
We want you to have the best possible shopping experience with MyGreekBasket.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We offer next-day shipping on all orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the second business day from the day the order is placed.
Next-day shipping refers to order processing and handoff to the carrier, not guaranteed delivery on the same day.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout.
For most orders, delivery may take up to 7 business days after shipment. This timeframe is provided as an estimate and not a guarantee. In many cases, orders arrive sooner.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
We offer international shipping to select markets.
For eligible countries, customers may choose DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping via DHL at checkout. When DDP shipping is selected, all applicable duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. This means there should be no additional customs charges upon delivery.
If a DDP option is not selected (or is not available for your destination), international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or standard shipping cost.
MyGreekBasket is not responsible for delays, refusals, additional charges, or non-delivery caused by customs processing, import restrictions, or failure to pay required duties and taxes where DDP was not selected.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Risk of loss and responsibility for your order pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided, whichever occurs first.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery if required. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information.
SHIPPING ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES
If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us using the Contact Us link at the top of the page or email support@mygreekbasket.com. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours and will work with the carrier to assist you.
